PURITY C Steam filter cartridges: Proven technology re-invented - specially developed for small to mid-sized steamers and ovens. The PURITY C Steam filter cartridges are available in the sizes C500 and C1100 with capacities of approx. 4,600 to 7,900 litres. They reduce carbonate hardness in drinking water and, as a result, prevent limescale formation in equipment. In addition, the filter medium retains metal ions such as lead or copper and reduces substances, for example chlorine, that can negatively affect taste and aroma.
- Limescale deposits and the associated machine breakdowns are reduced, as are additional service and repair costs. Fine steam jets remain open longer.
- Baked products, fish, meat and vegetables are cooked to their best: elements, such as chlorine, that could impair taste and aroma are removed for improved taste.
- Bypass settings are specially adapted to direct injection and boiler systems.
- Improved flow rate of up to 300 l/h with 1 bar pressure loss.
PURITY Steam also ensures optimum water quality in larger combi steamers and ovens. The system with measuring and display unit (MAE) offers three different filter sizes: PURITY Steam 450, 600 and 1200 with capacities from approx. 3,600 to 10,800 litres.
With the PURITY Steam, calcium and magnesium ionsare selectively removed from the drinking water using the flow method via an ion exchanger. Furthermore, the filter material binds metals such as lead and copper and reduces substances that negatively affect taste and aroma as well as organic contaminants. The increased flow and reduced pressure loss also allow the smooth operation of large combi steamers and ovens.
