Nestlé Gloria consists of 100% natural skimmed milk powder. As a soluble milk powder, it is ideal for preparing delicious cappuccino, creamy latte macchiato and other coffee and cocoa specialties. This milk powder guarantees a milky, delicate, and stable foam head as well as a fresh milk taste. Suitable for dispensers and table-top machines. Store in a dry place and protect from heat.

Nutritional Values per 100 g: Energy: 1526 kj / 359 kcal; fat: 0.8 g, of which are saturates: 0.5 g; carbohydrate: 52 g, of which are sugars: 52 g; fibres: < 0 g; protein: 36 g; salt: 1.1 g
Recommended dosage: 10.7 g to 160 ml water in a 180 ml cup (for hot milk). Depending on the preparation, add 4 - 12 g to the other components.
100 g of Gloria powder + 930 ml of water = 1 litre of skimmed milk with 0,08 % fat. Not intended as a food for infants under 12 months.
