100 % Arabica coffee with a very mild taste profile. 100 % organic with the Fairtrade seal, Non-frozen. DE-ÖKO-005, DE-ÖKO-009. Ingredients: Water, coffee from controlled organic cultivation - dry matter 27.5 % min. Made in Germany with coffee beans from non-EU countries. Caffeine value in dry matter: 2.0 to 4.0 percent. Also suitable for Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE) machines.
Liquid coffee extracts are made from freshly ground roasted coffee strictly according to German coffee ordinances. They are mixed with water in the correct ratio in the fully automatic coffee machine to ensure a consistently good quality black coffee. This is also the basis for many different speciality coffees from espresso and cappuccino up to latte macchiato and chocolate coffee.
Liquid coffee extracts can also be used without a corresponding fully automatic coffee machine. For manual use, a BiB must be fitted with a spout without a valve to dose the coffee extract.
Recommended mixing ratios: 1:25 up to 1:35, as a ratio of coffee extract to water, one part of coffee extract to 25 or up to 35 parts of water. Depending on the dosage, a 2 litres BiB produces about 52 up to 72 litres of coffee. The shelf life of the coffee is approximately 12 months after production date. Shake the BiB well before use. After opening, store at < + 6° C and consume within 6 weeks. If not refrigerated, within 2 weeks.
