The innovative Lattiz pack ensures that there is no contact between milk foam and machine and no contact between barista and milk foam.
A 4 litres pack of Lattiz is inserted in the machine after opening. It produces perfect milk foam at the push of a button. The quantity and proportion of foam can be set individually. Consistently good quality, cup after cup.
Depending on the setting, a 4 litres pack, also called a bag in box (BiB), produces up to 140 cappuccinos or 60 latte macchiatos. No cleaning, no refrigeration, no wasted milk. A BiB can be stored in the machine for 10 days without refrigeration. Product for preparing milk foam, heat-treated. An unopened BiB can be stored for approximately 10 weeks after production. Store in a dry place. Do not freeze. Recommended storage temperature: 5-30 °C, recommended usage temperature: 10-25 °C.
